VDAA

VDAA was founded in 2011 and granted non-profit status in 2012. Since 2011, students of the community, volunteers, and the board and jr. board of directors, have been fundraising and hosting events to benefit the arts education of the talented youth in our valley.

VDAA donates and awards scholarships to local events, organizations and individuals. Scholarships can be used for equipment, dance attire, shoes, costumes, supplies, and other necessities. As well as for class tuition and workshop fees. 

VDAA offers partial scholarships for students in the community participating in dance, singing, acting, writing and other artistic classes. VDAA Currently awards one scholarship per academic semester to students of the valley involved in the arts, ages 7-19. Scholarships can be used for equipment, tuition, private lessons and more.

All applicants must submit a written essay AND a complete VDAA scholarship application. Your scholarship application and essay will be reviewed by the VDAA board of directors. If chosen, students awarded must volunteer at various VDAA fundraisers and/or events during the semester.

Valley Dance and Arts Alliance is a not-for-profit dedicated to providing assistance to local arts, entertainment and recreation, as well as independent artists, writers and performers.
